tetsubinatuSomething Good/happy: I had a melanoma cut out of my nose at the hospital this morning. It was quick and easy, if not comfortable. I'm glad it's done.
Something Bad/sad: It feels as if someone took a hammerdrill to the bridge of my nose and it's reverberating through the upper front of my skull.
Something new: Lions Mane mushrooms are said to be good for ms. I shall do further research.
